Google Scholar ProfileWith over 27 years of experience in the academic and research field, Dr. Ella Magdalena Ciupercă has developed a passion for exploring interdisciplinary intersections, blending interests in the social domain with those of security and information and communication technology.
Throughout her teaching activity in higher education and the development of research projects within the Romanian Intelligence Service and later in the National Institute of Research and Development in Informatics (ICI) in Bucharest, she has been interested in innovative subjects such as social change, the study of active minorities, social influence, gender equality and inclusion, cognitive errors, critical infrastructures, and data analysis.
She participated in various regulatory bodies in higher education (CNATDCU, ARACIS), coordinated bachelor's, master's, and doctoral theses, and was responsible for organizing prestigious events such as specialized scientific conferences (ICVL, CNIV, RCIC) or workshops dedicated to innovative topics (e.g., cybersecurity in the SCADA domain, Romanian Stanford Datathon for Women in Data Science).
Her extensive experience in educational and research management, along with proven team-building skills, has enabled her to achieve excellence in innovation in a continuously changing interdisciplinary environment, materialized in research papers published over time.
