Cătălin-Andrei NICULESCU graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, earning an engineer’s degree, and continued his academic path with a master’s program in Intelligent Instrumentation and Measurement Systems at the same institution.
He is currently a PhD student and conducts his research within the Resilience, Interoperability and Standardization department at the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest. His research interests include data analysis, machine learning, and IoT technologies.
