Bogdan HELEREA

Bogdan Helerea graduated from the "Nicolae Bălcescu" Land Forces Academy and completed his master's studies at the "Carol I" National Defence University. He currently works within the "Resilience, Interoperability and Standardisation" service at the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest, where he applies his knowledge to complex digital projects. Bogdan combines the discipline of his training with technical curiosity, being dedicated to continuous learning and adapting to new technological challenges.

His area of expertise focuses on developing applications that integrate virtual reality and artificial intelligence. Bogdan works with graphics engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine to create immersive experiences, using modern programming languages and frameworks dedicated to developing web interfaces and predictive models. His main areas of interest include VR (virtual reality) applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and Large Language Models (LLMs), which he applies in practical contexts to improve the accessibility and efficiency of services for citizens. His passion for the convergence between technology and social impact positions him as a valuable contributor to the digital transformation of public institutions.
